Planning approved less than 8 weeks after the planning drawings were submitted, thanks to another quick turnaround by the Poole Planning department and the team at Nabney Plans!
A number of revisions were made at the request of the Planning and Transportation Officers, all dealt with by us in discussion with the client to achieve the positive outcome.
Client now has planning permission to convert this 2 bedroom house with an awkward layout into a large 4 bedroom house with parking for at least 2 cars.
