Large Rear Extension + Loft Approved in Christchurch
Constrained by a nearby TPO (Tree Preservation Order) and concerns from the planning officer over bats and the possible presence of slow worms, we still achieved a large 8.0m extension and large loft conversion. With some help from the guys at www.ecological-surveys-ltd.co.uk, and a number of in-application revisions later, we achieved our planning consent!
