This residential extension in Poole is on a property which had been added to the rear of an older building back in the 90's. Our clients required more room for their growing family and extending further would provide them with much needed living space.
However, it faced some stiff opposition from the neighbours and one Councillor red-carded the application which meant it had to go to committee for a decision.
Up stepped Jess Glover from Pure Town Planning who deputised for us at committee and had a bit of a ding-dong debate by accounts, but our client was very pleased to finally receive their planning permission :-)
