As we start a new year, we look back on a busy year with 53 planning applications submitted!
Sometimes we are too busy to tell people what we are doing and it looks like 2021 was another one of those! So while we recycle last year's "post more social media" new year's resolution, let's look back on some of those planning approved projects.
We started the year with a bang and the approval of a scheme for the conversion of some farm buildings in Surrey into 9 dwellings utilising various permitted development rights. Planning agents were Pure Town Planning.
There were also some planning refusals of course, but 3 of those were resubmitted and subsequently approved with another possibly going to appeal!

Unfortunately, we also had two refusals this month, one for a new back-garden house, the other for an extension to a dental surgery in Canford Cliffs, both were approved via a second planning application in the same year!
