Overlooking a picturesque valley and Poole harbour, this tumble-down animal shed in Lytchett Matravers provided fantastic views for the resident Alpaca. Being deep inside Green Belt land and next to some protected trees, Al was safe from developers… or so he thought. Unfortunately for him, canny Planning Consultants Pure Town Planning had other ideas and approached us to work up a scheme for the conversion into a residential dwelling. Along with structural engineers BE Willis who produced a report to justify the use of the existing structure, planning permission was soon secured and Al packed his bags.
