We are delighted to have planning application approval today for this property in Iford, Bournemouth. This site is two flats, therefore a full planning application had to be submitted for a rear extension to the ground floor flat. As with all applications no two are the same and after some party wall problems resolved. Bingo! Our client is really pleased with the result as it is just what she wanted.
